Terms and conditions 1. Order confirmation An order confirmation is automatically sent to the e-mail address you have entered in your customer details. It can be good to save it for any contacts with customer service. 2. Delivery time Delivery time is normally 5-7 days from the time your order is placed unless otherwise stated on the product page. Should someone be temporarily out of stock, the delivery time may be longer. If applicable, you will be notified of this. 3. Shipping You can see the shipping cost at checkout before confirming the purchase. 4. Payment method We use the payment option Klarna Checkout. Please note that we as a supplier are owners until full payment has been made. 5. Late payment In the event of invoicing, the payment period is 10-30 days. In the event of late payment, penalty fees and default interest are imposed in accordance with law. The right to receive payment can be made without your consent. 6. Right of withdrawal As a consumer, you have, in accordance with the Distance Contracts Act, the right to withdraw without stating any reason. However, you must notify customer service no later than 14 days after you have received your goods. To return the goods, they must be unused and undamaged in their original packaging. Return the goods together with the invoice or a copy of it! You are responsible for the return shipping. On the invoice, state the reason for return "Right of withdrawal". Items may not be returned as cash on delivery or cash on delivery. 7.
